How We Use Your Information

  • Processing your submissions: To submit your cards to PSA and/or Beckett on your behalf, track progress, and return graded cards to you.
  • Communication: To send you order updates, invoices, and respond to your enquiries. We may also send occasional service announcements.
  • Improving our service: To understand how our platform is used and make improvements.
  • Legal compliance: To comply with applicable Australian laws and regulations, including the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

How We Protect Your Information

  • Secure infrastructure: Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers via Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard security measures.
  • Access controls: Only authorised Slabbys team members can access your personal information, and only when necessary to provide our services.
  • No selling of data: We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Slabbys:

  • Firebase (Google Cloud): Authentication, database, and file storage.
  • Shopify: Secure payment processing.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery.
  • Netlify: Website hosting.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

Your Rights

  • Access & correction: You can view and update your personal information at any time through your dashboard profile.
  • Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us. Note that we may retain records required for legal or accounting purposes.
